Originally established in 1998, the property management division of Tulsa Property Group has experienced continual growth. We currently manage a portfolio of single family, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in the greater Tulsa area with a value in excess of $80mm. Our asset and property management divisions offer a full range of services to investors and property owners and can assist with the acquisition of additional investment properties, leasing, marketing, repositioning, management, and maintenance.

Nathan is a founding member and principal of Tulsa Property Group, where his primary responsibility is the oversight and management of all development projects. Prior to forming Tulsa Property Group, LLC in 2015, he was party to the purchase in 2012 of Home Finders Leasing and Management, Inc., a Tulsa-based property management company which was subsequently renamed Tulsa Property Group Leasing and Management, Inc. Nathan has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry as an investor, broker, and developer. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and the University of Tulsa MBA program and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oklahoma. He is also a member and founding sponsor of the Urban Land Institute’s Tulsa chapter. Nathan also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Oklahoma Air National Guard. During his 20+ year military career as an officer and former F-16 pilot, he has completed 4 tours of combat duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Luke Westerfield, RMP®
Luke is a founding member of Tulsa Property Group, LLC. He is also a shareholder and President of Tulsa Property Group Leasing and Management, Inc., the property management division of Tulsa Property Group. Under his leadership, the property management portfolio has grown from 125 single family properties to over 500 single family, multifamily, and mixed-use properties with a current portfolio value in excess of $80mm. Prior to his ownership of Tulsa Property Group, Luke spent many years with his family's custom homebuilding company where he gained an in-depth understanding of residential real estate. Luke graduated with a master's degree in business from the University of Tulsa and a bachelor's degree in finance from Northeastern State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers where he holds the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation.
Director of Property Management
Jamie has been in the property management industry for over 15 years. She began her career as a leasing agent with a nationwide operator of multifamily properties and quickly rose to become the community director for a new-construction 296-unit multifamily property in Tulsa where she was responsible for executing the annual budget, overseeing all maintenance of the property, and meeting financial targets set by the owners. Throughout her 5+ year tenure with Tulsa Property Group, Jamie has taken on positions of increasing responsibility. As Director of Property Management, she is responsible for managing the day to day operations, mentoring, and training all property management personnel.
